Returns & Exchanges Policy
deBeer Watchbands is proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with any item you've purchased from deBeer Watch Bands, simply return the item in its original, new condition within 30 days for an exchange or full refund*. To return or exchange an item, simply ship the item(s) back to us to the address below along with a copy of your invoice and a short note describing the problem. If it is an exchange we will ship that item to you at no additional shipping charge (U.S. orders only). Damaged items will promptly be replaced.
Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that when you send us a return package you use an insured and traceable shipping service and that you keep your receipt.
* Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Straps must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. Once a strap has been buckled it creases the leather and we cannot resell it.
